Yes, we have a dedicated selection of both gluten-free and vegan cookies. While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, all treats are prepared in a facility that also handles wheat, dairy, and nuts.
How do you handle shipping to ensure the cookies don't break?
We individually wrap each cookie and use custom-fitted inserts and cushioning to minimize movement during transit. We ship via expedited services to ensure they arrive soft and fresh.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?
Absolutely! During checkout, you can select a preferred delivery date. We recommend choosing a date 1-2 days prior to your event to account for any potential carrier delays.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo, and we will make it right.
Are your cookies nut-free?
While we offer flavors that do not contain nuts as an ingredient, our kitchen processes peanuts and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee that any of our products are 100% free of nut allergens.
